Refeed Questions, Advice Wanted, Etc.

Okay, here's my situation. I had a refeed roughly 3 weeks ago, and I've kind of stalled this week in dropping chub, so I want to do one this weekend. Stats are sittin @ 192lbs, between 8 - 10% bf, cardio for 35 min Mon-Fri am, weights 4 days a week, basic split of chest tris, back core and bis, shoulders, legs, etc.
I'm gonna run the diet I'm using right now for 2 to 3 more weeks, so I'm set there. My question really deals w/refeed duration and timing. I was thinking since it's been so long, i could roll a refeed Friday night until Saturday night, maybe 250g/carbs Fri and 500 sat, mostly from oatmeal and maybe some cereal, but that's tricky cuz I can down boxes of count chocula and reese's puffs in one sitting, ez. But after that, say I go until Oct 11 on this diet, how often should I bump w/a refeed? I guess my bf% is fairly low, I thought forever that I was between 15 and 20, so I was going off that. I have no problems w/a diet, no craving or cheating, so any refeeds would be purely to benefit me losing a few more pounds of chub or for a better workout.
Any questions you need answered, post em and I'll try to hit back fairly quick. Thanks for the responses i hope I'm gonna get.

It's not that. It's just that there have been about a billion questions and fantastic answers ALL ABOUT refeeds on this board for god knows how long - I mean, come on - have you read ANYTHING here? The boards are give and take - no-one's gonna hand you stuff on a silver platter if you don't put in a bit of effort yourself.

If you're not having any craving or cheating, you probably don't need a refeed. The signs for needing a refeed are when it feels like your whole body is shutting down, you feel like death warmed over, it's an effort to force your legs to move, you have a voracious appetite, you can't think of anything except food, and you'd kill for half a potato (among other signs - it's all individual)

You could try increasing cardio, adjusting macros in your diet, adjusting eating times, adding more veggies, dropping more carbs - there's tons of stuff you can do to break a plateau, including going off the diet for a few days ~ a week, if you've been dieting a long time intensely.

On the other hand, a refeed won't kill you either, if you want it.

Sorry, not much help. But please, run a search :)

I refeed when I dont really need one, that little boost it gives my metabolism helps me burn fat during the refeed and lose fat alot quicker for a few days after it.

I doubt anyone can give you a definitve answer as it mostly depends on your body. Try once a week and see how that affects you, adjusting accordingly. If your worried about fat gain (I ALWAYS AM) just do a body-opus type workout before Friday night....

Sorry I cant help more, peace

I've read up on them, know the basics, etc, but I couldn't find a good answer to the duration question, since it's been 3 weeks, and I should be doing them alot more often, if it would be more beneficial to go for a 30 hr as oppsed to a one day or 8-12 hr. I was really asking because new studies and research come out, people find new stuff, etc. that I might have missed.
I guess my first post was too info-loaded, so it looked like I didn't put any effort into finding an answer. Know that I did, I checked a few sites, but people usually suprise me w/stuff I hadn't seen. But anyway, thanks for the responses.
I am definitely hitting one up tomorrow, as I'm feeling shitty. Not craving any carbs, but I feel like shit and had probably the worst 2 workouts I've had in years the past 2 days.
