ref-b or oral d-bol

going todo sus@500/wk-eq@400/wk and was wondering about the ref-b or the orals. what would you do if you had the choice, thanks, later duckster

I would rather do orals than ref-b. Reforvit-b tastes like shit! Get som russian or thai dbol and go to town. They should both be effective. good luck>
