Redux/Fat Loss Question

For any of you diet experts, which of the following ** products is the best for dieting? How about dosage?

Redux
Phen/Fen
Meridia
Pondimin/Fen

Looks like I'm not the only one looking for info...I do know not to take redux and meridia at the same time though...

A couple of those were shown to cause heart valve irregularities, so be careful...I think that the Fenfluramine is the culprit. I have tried Fastin, which is just phentermine hydrochloride, and it works really nicely. It supresses the appetite, and gives you a nice little energy rush.
