reducing pics?

how can i reduce a pic i have in a file to 100 X 100 pixel so i can use as an avatar?

adobe photoshop....reduce the size in there.

If using Photoshop

- Call up the picture
- Under 'Image', select 'Image Size'
- Change the 'Pixel Dimensions' accordingly

100X100 means a perfect square. A normal picture is not square, so if you can not get 100X100, don't worry, just keep trying until you get the largest selection possible.
