Reducing cals after cycle.

Ive just finished my first bulking cycle, things are going great so far im on day 7 of clomid therapy, my strength has actually increased and ive lost little if any weight.

I started clen when i started clomid as well as creatine and proviron 50mg\d (was a bit skepital about this but decided to give it a try) Doing 2 weeks on\off with clen\eca.

The only thing i was wondering was when do i start reducing my cals to avoid gaining extra bodyfat. I understand the clen\eca will keep the fat off for now, but i dont want to carry on eating extreme amounts of cals for too long.

Any advice would be great, thanks.
 
I would start reducing them after your last day of clomid... I've had good results and minimal loss doing things that way..

i would wait a week or two after the clomid. my reasoning is that i am more into keeping the gains than worried about gaining some fat that can be taken off later.
 
bulking caloric intake is kept up all the way through the clomid therapy, then reduced, post cycle caloric intake should be focused on protein and very clean carbs
 
Thanks for the reply's, i'll start reducing the cals after clomid therapy then. Its hard for me to decrease cals without cutting protein intake though since most foods have protein in, such as milk, wholegrain bread, protein.

Do you guys normally concentrate on keeping your weight the same until you do a cutting cycle? i was thinking about doing one in about 3 months.

Use Whey Protein
