Red spot at injection site?

I noticed today that I have a red spot underneath the skin (about the size of a pinhead). One spot was where I injected today, and the other is at the site where I injected two weeks ago. It doesn't feel sore or anything.

Is it possible that it is infected? Is this something I should be worried about? Thanks.
