I have gotten red itchy bumps on my hands and feet, is this a allergic reaction im getting from aleve, I have been taking aleve for a bit for my shoulder........

Have you taken Naproxen before? If not, that's the active ingredient in Aleve, stop taking it, and switch to something like Ibuprofen and see if your condition improves.

dude i think that is a type of herpes

allergies to naproxen are not common, though that is a possibility.

it does also sounds somewhat like shingles (herpes zoster).

it could be a number of things....

though if you think its naproxen, switch to another anti-inflammatory (as mentioned above)

Stop taking it and see if it goes away.

I know it isn't herpes............ I haven't touched a female or male gential part in a couple weeks, could I get it another way?

Shingles can hit anyone, regardless of sexual contact. Its actually most common in elderly people with lower immune systems. The virus could have been in your blood for years just waiting for the right time to break out (when your immune sys was low). See a dermatologist, no worries.

Shingles is a type of herpres you get from stress. It's usually quite painful and runs down one side of your back and your limbs. It takes weeks to recover from and the pain can linger for months after the sores heal.

What you have sounds more like common hives. It could be from the aleve, food(especially strawberries), or a new soap you're using. It could also just be a nervous reaction from being on the juice or anxiety. I wouldn't worry about it much as long as they're not open sores/scabs.
