SLEEP!!!!!!!!!
You'll have plenty of time to sleep when your dead. so that doesnt work for me... lol, no i work nights and have three kids so i only get about 2-4 hrs a day if im lucky but ill try the glutamine.
 
Are you talking about muscle recovery?

Or test recovery?

BCAA's, red meat and veggies. I always feel I recover faster from a workout if I down a bunch of green veggies.


Try and get more sleep if you can. It is important.
