reconstituing igf-1 1mg

This is the first time doing igf. I hear all differewnt confliclicting ways to mix it. I have 1 mg vial igf 1 vial of acetic acid and 1 vial of nacl sterile water. I plan on doing 80mcg a day. How to mix it all and what number on the slin is 80mcg, 40mcg in each bodypart post work out.
