Recommended needle length for delts and triceps.

Looking to place an order soon for pins. What is a good pin length for the tricep area and also the recommended length for delt shots? I am going to be using 23 gauge.

5/8 inch is what I use...I would imagine anywhere between that and 1 inch would be ideal.

I use 25g 1inch for everything except glutes.

1 inch in delt and quad. 1 1/2 and 1 rotate in glute to hit different zones. I suppose one could use 4 in. if their ass is fat enough.

ditto with sk*, I use 1" @ 25g for all except glutes - then it's 1.5" 23 or 25g

if your using fina, and your bf% is 10 or less, slin pins are the best; no scare tissue build-up at all.
