I wouldn't recommend much other than Var.
SOme people have good luck with Primo, but it can be tought to find the real stuff. Winny is not recommended for most, although some have good results with it (those are very FEW people).
As for injectibles, NPP and Test Prop aren't bad - but shouldn't be used by the average person. Save those for more serious competitors.
