well what i think is good is barbeque a nice sized salmon in some tin foil make little hols in the salmon and squezze lemon juce in there do about 10 hols and then sprinkle some johney's seasoning on there and put all the lemon slices u used to squezze the lemon juice out of and put them all over the salmon..
everytime in the summer when my friend goes fishing we always cook out fish like this no matter if its salmon of rainbow fish or anything else.
u could saute some onions and put those on the salmon but i hate oinions on salmon.
