We all know about receptor sites with steroids, but what about the receptor sites for all other drugs? Opiates releve pain because of opiate receptor sites, THC gets you high because of cannabinol receptor sites,
amphetamines, cocaine, and X give you a rush because of adenaline receptor sites, halucinogens trip you because of neurotransmitter receptor sites, in fact every drug that has a major effect on the muscles, mind, and soul has a receptor site. It's the way were wired and we can't change that simple fact.
Politics has in fact, for all of recorded history been trying to control these receptor sites, has it worked? No is the only answer I can come up with, so have the pols figured out that their solution doesn't work? No, so they just seek more "tough" laws that of course don't work.
The laws don't have to work, in fact the only reason they make these laws is to sell to us stupid voters that they are trying to do something about the "problem" that they created in the first place. They have no product to sell us but fear, fear equals control, control equals power, I think you get the drift. If we give up our fear they loose their control. So loose your fear.
Now I am not saying that some of these substances aren't harmful, they are, but this is a medical issue, not a political one, and as far as criminal issues go, much of the crime associated with all drugs is that they are illegal in the first place. This drives up the costs associated with their use in first place, this drives the addict to robbery and violent crime to obtain the substance in the first place.
So we end up with a huge criminal justice system, prisons that are a revolving door, and big money is made from the system that keeps the elected officials in power and again you can see where this is going. As long as they can feed us fear, they can control us.
We have to look into this closer or we will be so heavily regulated we won't have any freedom left because the fear the government sells us is the only product they have. I can tell you from a business mans point of view that there is a law in nature called the law of deminishing returns, " if you just give up a little more freedom, we can solve this scourge to our society" is the cry they feed us but does it really work? No is the answer and they know it.
So the answer is the next time you watch the television news, is remember the sales men the pols use are the MEDIA ,they are experts in mind control just don't get all knee jerked about every thing they preach to the masses. I could go on but it's enough said. THINK FOR YOUR SELVES, FUCK THE TALKING HEADS. THEY SOLD OUT A LONG TIME AGO AND NOW THEY WANT YOU DO SO TOO.
