Receiving Gear in Winter

I have been waiting on an order and was wondering with the weather having turned (19F this morning) is it okay to have sust amps in an outdoor mailbox for a couple of days?

I will be going out of town for Thnaksgiving and will not have access to the box.

Winny is prolly the only thing you need to really worry about since its water based. Oil based stuff should easily freeze.

The oil will freeze but NOT expand the way water does? Is this because of teh viscosity of oil in general?

Sometime in oil based gear when exposed to extreme cold for a few days, you get crystalized testosterone, if you see what appears to be ice crystals in your amps, heat them slowly in hot water and the crystals should disappear, this dose not harm the gear.
