I havent touched anything for a quite a few months now. During the cycle I noticed nothing, taking arimidex from the start till after clomid therapy was done. yesterday my left nipple became sore and i noticed a very very small lump. At first it was directly under the center of the nipple, now it has moved more to the side. I started taking arimidex asap 1mg yesterday as well as today, just in case it is. Today it appears to have moved over to the side slightly. I checked the right side and no lump. I was wondering if this was gyno? It may be, but it also feels like when I had damaged some verves in my face, they formed a small ball on my jaw... the lumps fell exactly the same. I plan on taking arimidex till it is gone and then a few days after as well just to be sure...what is some opinions on this??? :bawling:

BTW, if it's sensitive or you believe it will get worse then get some Nolvadex. It can help with existing gyno whereas Arimidex will not.

Moving gyno? There's a new one.

LOL... I didnt mean it moved accross my chest or anything.. just that it was under the center of the nipple when I first noticed it, now it is more to the side. Also its not itchy. I am taking the arimidex till nolvadex arrives so if it is gyno at least it wont get worse while i'll wait... but like I said, I am not really sure that it is even gyno. But hey, better safe than sorry.

Glad to read this

I just discovered a small sore mass under my left nipple, too. During my last "down time" I noticed a small bump almost directly under the center of my nipple. It never itched, but I did notice a weird sensation that was barely noticable, but enough to draw my attention. It never was itchy, but was slightly sore. I started my Clomid and it subsided. Now I am 4 weeks into a new "training session" and it seems to have popped up. I have been on Arimidex ed and recently switched to Femara ed, but it still reared up and last night I noticed it was sore. No itching or anything just like a zit that is under pressure. If I touch it I feel a small mass again, and it is definitely sore. This time a little more sore than last. But it is about the same size. Maybe slightly smaller than a bb. I have Nolva and started 2 this morning as soon as I felt the mass.
1.Should I bump it up to 4? (It is labeled Tamoxifen 10 Lachema)
2.Will this REMOVE it?
3.Will it just cause the symptoms to go away?
4.Should I stop my "supplements"?

I am planning for this to be my last weight gaining training session. I planned one more for cutting up, later. I have never run into this problem before. I guess I have been lucky so far. Now, can I still get through it without keeping this with me for the rest of my life? I have read lots of conflicting articles. Any Gyno Gurus out there? I kept this public since it seems a lot of people are asking about Gyno in the past week or so. Thanks a lot hope we can get some clear reviews of the situation at hand. DDRMAN

DDRMAN - If gyno has already occurred, which in your case it sounds like it has, then 20mg of Nolvadex/ED will do very little. You need to bump that dosage up to 40-60mg/ED if you expect to see any results in the shrinking of the gyno. BTW, while itchiness can be a sign of gyno it does not happen every time.

Got another question about this.... if the lump is not gyno, what adverse sides can I possibly expect form the nolvadex?

Well actually my only real problem was you. I don't know where in your warped sense of reality you see me having all these problems? I am just about finished with school, I have a good job in the meantime making 40K a year working part time. My friends and family actually like me.. same can't be said for you.And the lump was evidently nothing.

It's been rumored that Nolvadex will reduce IGF-1 levels but some do not believe that. In my own personal experience I found no adverse effects in gains on 60mg/ED both on and off cycle. Hope that helps.

I agree the nolva and gains thing is a myth.

I doubt it if estrogen is the culprit in your case bro since you have not been "on" in months...it could be prolactin as that is what caused my gyno. If you are very young...say 21 and under then this is not that uncommon.
