What does "amp" mean exactly. For example, a "product" is sold at 100mg/ml 10 amps for $xxx. Does that mean a single dose?

Amp is ampoule, it's a small glass container that'll hold 1 (sometimes 2)ml of injectable liquid. Most pharm companies produce their oils in such containers, look essentially like little bowling pins.

yes usually holds 1ml (which is equal to 1 cc) of a substance. heres a pic if you havent seen one before: SUST AMP

Extremly dumb answer.........AMP= AMPULE, and not necesarely holds 1ml...........
