Who watches t.v. first of all?
That in of itself, it worthless.
Spend time building yourself up, educating yourself.
Certain movies are tools in this.

So, people who watch t.v. are watching other people's lifes, not living their own lifes, building relationships, doing shit they feel is important.

Reality shows are just the epitome of this.

T.v. show try to create a better reality. Thus some utility.

Reality shows are reality, in which your reality is worse then those on t.v. or else you would not be watching it.
