Realistic goals?

Here's my upcoming cycle to put on some mass and try to cut some fat at the same time. I realize many people are advocates of either bulking or cutting, but not both. I figured I could do both with this stack/workout plan. I would like to gain 15 lbs. and maybe lose 5 lbs. of fat. I plan on eating 3000 calories a day(I'm at 205), doing 30 min. of cardio 4x a week, with a 5 day training split. Here goes...

400 mg T200 weeks 1-10
25 mg dbol ed weeks 1-5
150 fina eod weeks 5-12
1 Letrozole tab eod weeks 1-16

Usual clomid therapy(300/100/50)

Am I being realistic?
 
Well looks like a good cycle but the only thing is that if you want to gain 15 lbs and your eating 3000 calories I wouldn't even do that much cardio. If u insist of doing cardio I would do maybe 10 minutes of moderate cardio after workouts, you'll burn fat, but don't do too much cardio then you'll be burning muscle. Well good luck dogg

my first cycle gave me 25lbs of lean muscle... of course it was 100mg/day of winny and 75mg/day fina... i miss that shit.

first cycle with perfect cycle, perfect training, perfect nutrition/supplementation....you don't think 25 lbs lean mass is possible? i figured maybe for a first time, and if you are a jedi and do nothing but train and eat and "supplement" you could do it. running it for like 12 weeks at least. but maybe not.....:D
 
i just really dont think so....so you know how much 25 pounds of muscle is. five pounds itself makes a hugh difference.

very true. just trying to psyche myself up since i want to do like 20 lbs of non-fat mass next cycle. so stop giving me negative thoughts. :)
 
In the spring I ran a combo bulking then cutting cycle with great results, but I didnt try to do both at once. Weeks 1-7 i ran enth and fina and gained over 20lbs, weeks 8-13 i ran prop and winny and dropped 4-5 % bodyfat with no muscle loss
 
yeah, you guys are my hero's.....i want to be 210-220 low bodyfat one day too. ;) not a big homo like the bouncer at 200 million pounds. :mix:
