Just download all you can find and you find something you like and whats more they are free. like:

Ha ha...what site? I probably can tell you why it got bashed, and who the people are who were bashing it, if you tell me the site.

Yeah, it is, it's really my book- and the book typically gets bashed because people don't like me, not actually the book. And they don't like me because I usually spend my time exposing them for being inept or knowing nothing about steroids, or both.

But in the end, look at the sites that support me and my work:

T-Nation, EliteFitness, MesoRX, Steroid.com, EF, Steroid.com, etc...and the other very large sites- because thats where I write and work. The people who bash me are usually the people who rule the world of 1-2k member boards.

Ask yourself where there's more credibility.

I wrote a book on steroids, have done 3 radio interviews, etc, etc, etc...

The people offering their valuable opinion on my book are internet-Gods...but are nobody in the real world.

I've read AR's book, worth every penny. You have a lot of haters out there who are big talkers behind the keyboard. AR is going out there, putting his info in the open and writing quality material to help the steroid community. That's something everyone can admire.
