Was just over at bodybuilding dot com and found they had a super cheap whey isolate - 4ever 4 fit.
Looking at the nutrition breakdown, I found that it's about 40% sugar.
This supplement, 4ever fit - has 44 grams of sugar per serving. That's more than a can of coke!
Of course, sugar is much cheaper than whey isolate, so the company tries to save money on ingredient.
That's a pretty sh1tty way to deceive customers. Most likely will fool those people who are clueless about fitness (really out of shape) most of the time. Probably will fool some folks who are in a hurry to get a deal, too.
