the author advices to use instead very effective anti-aromatase drugs such as Letrozole or Anastrazole. They will fight gynecomastia, help prevent the anti-anabolic actions of estrogens, fight fat and water retention. They will also boost natural testosterone production far more effectively than Nolvadex.

I have the possibility to get arimidex BD 1mg; how much a day and for how many weeks i need arimidex instead of nolva for a PCT cycle of anavar 40 mg lasted for 8 weeks?

I mean that I believe it is weak. I've used A-dex before at 1mg/day for a couple weeks and still appeared bloated. After that I've used Letro at 1.25mg/EOD and lost 3 pounds of water after only 4 days. The only problem is that Letro can be too strong for some, and negatively impact your libido, and cause joint pain from too much estrogen suppression. Aromasin or AIFM are good choices for most.

clear so basically the article was right about nolvadex that affects negatively the gain had in the cycle; so wht people still use nolva then?

It's been used for years. If someone has the beginning signs of Gyno, they use Nolva. Some people use it as an alternative to Clomid during PCT. I don't use Nolva or A-dex at all, I think there are better options (ie - Letro/AIFM/Clomid).

pikaberdot is right on the money with everything he's said.... you wouldn't (shouldn't) run Nolva throughout a cycle as your AI... in-fact, it's not an AI, it's an SERM... long story short, reserve Nolva for PCT... in fact, I prefer Clomid over Nolva even for PCT, but it's all preference. Arimidex was also very weak for me... I prefer Aromasin or AIFM... I've never needed something as strong as Letro

the article tha i mentioned at the beginning said to drop nolva as PCT because make u lose what you gained from gear??

I personally use arimidex 1mg every other day year round. I noticed a big difference with this way instead of pct. I do things alot different now. I run hcg through the whole time im on which is forever.500ius twice weekly,1mg arimidex every other day. I am on hormone replacement therarpy for life. If you cant afford to be on hcg or arimidex all year like me just do it when your on for 3-5 months. Take a break of 3-4 months and start over again.

i wanted to use nolva 20 mg for 2 weeks as Pct when i finish my cyle of 40 mg anavar for 8 weeks but i decided to switch to arimidex. how much arimidex is the equivalent of 20 mg of nolva for 2 weeks ?
