Well......maybe not completely but it set off the wheels in motion. 
What you posted on the thread about my girlfriend's surgery about suing the implant maker made me think. Since i still have the flu all day i was surfing the internet looking at lawsuits against silicone companies, etc.
Well, after doing a little research i found out there are currently only 2 silicone manufacturers of implants in the country(Mentor,Inamed Aesthetics). And i found out because of the controversy with silicone that all implants have a lifetime replacement warranty.... IN ADDITION to picking up partial cost of surgery to have them removed or replaced. I called both companies to confirm this today and they said it was true as long as they can prove it's ruptured
I asked my girlfriend months ago about this after talking to my boss' mother who is a OBGYN and worked for a plastic surgeon for years. She said when she got the surgery she didn't pay the extra for the warranty so she had none. Turns out that the warranty she declined was ADDITIONAL warranty.
This is such a big fuckin boost you have no idea. What pisses me off is that no surgeons EVER suggusted this or recommended it during any consultations.
