Razor burn!

Anyone have any help with this I get that shit on my neck no matter what I try anyone got some advice to help me get rid of this shit?!

I use self heating pre shave cream from the shaving company, about 5$ at drug store, leave it on for five minutes then hop in the shower, wask it off
Warm shower opens your pores and makes for softer shave.
Combine both of these with good razor and u shouldnt have any problems, also I just use good qualiry disposable with one or two blades, the ones that u can get get with 4 or 5 blades bother my skin
