Yup yup, a full cup of of raw oats goes into every protein shake I make and when bulking I have two cups with a little milk poured on top every morning.
I just started putting them in my vanilla protein shakes. Actually gives more flavor. Good source of exrta calories, fiber, and a very healthy food. Cheap too.
