Aged 13-20, These young hoodlums are recogniseable by their uniform - usually Adidas tracksuit bottms, Nike, Adidas, or Reebok traners, and a mix and match of various other brands like Kappa; basically anything that can be easily stolen or bought from a catalogue. They need the label to be happy; they think it elevates their standing. They can be asian, black or white... they are usually severely undernourished and often they look uncannily like weasels or rats.... their parents are probably rotten and/or alcoholic and/or criminals..
They are usually responsible for a lot of crime.. I just wondered if America had rat boys...
