this a rant on racism against whites i'm not being anti asiain but i applied for a job as a council customer service rep got the job specifications today and its says you must speak urdu or gujarati which automatically precludes against anyone not of asian origin as they don't teach urdu or gurjarati in any school of christian or non faith origin its so annoying imagine if they put what they really mean which is no whites. Incidentally the town i applied for has an ethnic minority rate of 12% of which must are second generation immigrants who speak fluent english (because they are english) so to me its just another example of so called positive discrimination. how can any discrimination be positive?

I think Havoc offers excellent advice. Relax there is no way to be certain exactly why you didn't get the job. You say racism but for all you know it could be nepotism. The interveiwer is just a cog in the machine. The machine has many flaws, but it works. Hang in there and take note. So when your the big bad man driving the garbage truck you unlike them pick that shit up along your route. So the next guy can flower.
