R-ALA Toxicity

Does anyone know if R-ALA becomes toxic at a certain dosage in a 24 hour period?

not at any dosage that you will consume, unless you are taking 30-40grams a day.. even then its not really "toxic"

its more like what amout will clear your Blood Sugar to the point you go in a coma hahha........
