r-ala and sust... cycle help..

What's up guy's I need some help I am staring at 25 bottles of Sustanon and wondering what is the most effective way to use it. Obviously I am going to stick a needle in my ass, but I was thinking of using some r-ala with it and taking Fina too.

I have done sust and fina cycle before and loved it gained about 25lbs and kept a lot of it. Been hearing nothing but good things on r-ala and did some research on it and think I would gain good with it..

Planning on running sustanon 500mg/week for 12weeks.....I am going on a cruise in April so I want to be shreded...So when should I start taking Fina and the r-ala...????

Also, how much should I take of r-ala and How much will it cost?

I would suggest you buy the 12 pack if you are going to stay lean until April.
Just take 200-300mg per carb meal just prior to eating. That's it.
Use the fina for 6 weeks ending two weeks prior to the trip.

I use Ala all year bro, Ive used R-Ala before good stuff but pricey lately I've been using regular old Ala with no complaints, but when I get my money situation back on track I'll be picking up a few bottles of R-Ala again.

sust250/EQ200 M/TH wk 1-10
Dbol 50mg ED wk 1-5
Fina pellets oral 10 a day (~60mg) ED wk 6-13
clomid weeks 14-17
nolvadex 20mg ED wk 1-17
arimidex wk 1-5
r-ALA 800mg-1000mg ED wk 1-17

i figured get it over with and have enough for about a half year or more. i expect that package to be at my door today also, since i ordered sunday and it shipped monday and i am a few hours away. i'm using GNC brand 100mg a gelcap right now for the first two days of the cycle. that is hell since they come 60 to a bottle. lol, you do the math.
