qustion, cramps.

okay today i was cramping up pretty bad in pretty much my whole body and all I did was leg work out... I was wondering what muscles lack when that happens(other then being a little out of shape), how can I stop it in other words.

do I need more gatorated? water? sugar????? maybe carbs? i drank some protein and creatine before working out.. aslo took 2 caps of liporexin and 2 themorexin before work out...

oh and by the way I did do a search on this and I couldnt find jack shit..

it was most likely the creatine.....this product will dehydrate you very quickly...large intake of water during the day all day is required when using this supplement....do not use GATORADE to do this...if you have to ingest gatorade do so by 50:50 ratio gatorade/water for taste....another trick that was taught to me by a proBB was to add a small amount of equal or other sugar substitute to your water...this will allow you to drink more than usual and help keep you hydrated....
 
I heard from some people to add salt to water or gatorad but I dont know about that although i might try(talked to someone who rides a bike for a very long period of time and it happens to those people often) but yea he said it was cause there wasnt enaugh water, gatorade, potasium in me cause i sweated it all out
