quick tren/winny question?

why the f*#! am i gaining weight on my tren and winny cycle? I have been dieting (low cal, low carb) and doing about 3 to 4 days of cardio (eliptical, stairs, treadmill). Its been almost 3 weeks. 50mg winny ed and tren eod 75 mg. I've gained about 3 pounds. But the good news is my joints have been hurt and I'm coughing after the tren shot so I got some good gear!

Im just wondering if anybody had done this cycle and the type of results they had. ty for your time. :mix:

some data. 5'7 198lbs 16% bf.

My calories are between 1800-2000 per day - approx 225-250 grams protein in that mix; carbs about 130-150 grams. Gallon plus water a day.

cardio 45-60 min 4x a week. MMA class a couple times a week when I can get that in.

weights 4x a week; chest, back, arms, shoulders/legs

strength and endurance definitely up!

Not complaning too much :) cuz i know i'm packing on some muscle.. I'm just not dropping any fat - even after three weeks (using an impedance tester for bf.)

Curious to hear other's tren/winny cycle experience.

Even with your current diet, it is possible that you are gaining muscle mass.

The join problem is winny related.

I need to ask, where is the test in this cycle?

You can still gain muscle on gear on a low cal diet. It should not be weight you are concerned about, but rather BF.

I don't know much about your means of BF checking.. I would get a caliper test done.

Bro, you need to Just settle down and throw that Scale in the Garbage...Go more by your apearence then the scale..You could be burning fat and gaining muscle, Which weighs more than fat...So you would gain a few pounds and still cut up

scale destroyed.. feel better already. i gotta be honest i hate the caliper test im a trainer and i can make you 9% or 19% with the calipers, we got the electronic deal at my work. Anyways all i can do is diet and do some more cardio maybe give it more time to kick in.
