Ok one thing I'm curious about is.Foods with lots of carbs but little sugar.Are these too bad for you.Such as pretzels.They have 22 grams of carbs per serving but less than 1 gram of sugar, Even with that no suagar should they still be avoided
They are processed white carbs, so if you're dieting, stay away. If trying to gain weight, eat em. Processed food is stripped and almost always has a high gi.
