Quick question on tren!

Iv been reading a lot lately as I am going on my first cycle in a couple of months.....
Obvi I'm not running tren in my first cycle... With that out of the way my question is...
When using tren are the muscles gains more so actual muscle as opposed to test where it's more of a bloat? Iv read tons of things that claim that you gain real keepable muscle with tren.
Basically jw if most of gains made on tren are "real" gains that can be kept with diet and training. Not saying that test gains can't be kept, but I am under impression a lot of test is water..
 
Actually tren gains tend to evaporate quickly. You get unreal strength boosts that packs on mass, but once you come off you quickly lose a lot of that power, so you tend to lose muscle mass along with it

Shit really?! Completely not what I expected to hear... Maybe I read things on pple who stay on test.....
So if tren gains evaporate quick, what type of steroid gives nice strength/size gains that has the potential to not be lost with a good diet and training?

Well any AAS is just a tool. You know diet and training is the key to your gains, as well as a solid PCT. The leaner gains tend to be more apt to stick with you though, so compounds like var, tbol, epi, beast, mast, proviron, and winny would be easier to hang onto than something like dbol or a bombs, which bring in a good amount of water.

Like you said though, diet and training. You have to stay motivated and be in the gym killing it and eating right even after pct, or you won't hang on to shit, no matter what you run
