quick question on scheduled drugs

Clen is the only thing Iam not sure of- alot of penalties (law) are based on quanities, packaging, origin, the others mentioned are all scheduled. the authorities can do whatever they want when felonies are involved, they throw in conspiricy charges also when foreign shit is involved( 182 PC )

As for penalties, it varies from case to case.

A friend of a friend smuggled a truckload of vicodens from mexico into california. He actually made it across alright...however he made a vital mistake of stopping at a girls house for the night. Once she woke up and he wasnt there, she called the cops and let them know what he had done. Currently he is 16 months into his 18 months sentence in Chino.

lets say you want to "hypothtically" send a freind

50 10mg vicodins in the mail domestic

specifically California to Texas...no money was exchanged or will be

its just that the freind is in pain, has no medical insurance to cover script costs.....so it is kind of a gift......

would they really lock you up for something like that?

i know it is agaisnt the law to give a prescrition drug to anyone who does not have a prescription for that drug,,,if your mailing it I would imagine your breaking a couple of other laws to,,,it probably varies from state to state,,,,,I would do it but I wouldnt put a return address on it!!!!!!!

Now we are in a different ball game you would fall under the B&P code in calif along with the H&S code business/professions health/safety possession of non-perscribed drugs probably isnt much but any time you use the mail (US POSTAL ) service for shit you are opening a big can of worms because now we have the FEDS involved- just a little advice - be careful fucking with the postal system.
