Quick question on pinning

Can you use a 1 1/2 inch needle for delts or is it better to use 1 inch?

I think the 1" for delts is, since you want to inject at about that depth, it is easier to not go deeper than wanted. I use a 27 gage for delts, 25 - 1 1/2" for glutes.

Just pinned my delt for the first time...it was by myself, and as I pulled out the needle blood squirted out of my arm and rushed down my arm!! I'm little scared that the oil got out ...is that possible?

And it feels sore already, could I have fucked it bc I did it by myself?

Its possible buy you wouldn't have lost too much oil.. just because you have a 1.5in needle doesn't mean you have to stick it all the way in..

This is your 1st time pinning delts so it is gonna be sore for a little bit.. that will go after a day but it just something you have to deal with for.a 1st time..


After you inject leave the needle in you delt for another 30-45seconds to allow the muscle to.take.up some of the oil

And push slow so it doesn't flood your muscle a pin should take close to a minute once in your muscle
