quick question: Norton or McAfee?

I have to update my virus scan and want to install a firewall. Any opinions? Is one better than the other? How bout ease of use? I'm developmentally disabled when it comes to computers so make it easy on me.

McAfee, they come out with updates almost every month or so...
Norton isn't that good with the updates meaning you'll have a higher chance of getting a virus

i would have to say mc affe and definitely gowith a fire wall. I have been hacked and the guy found out all my info and stole 200 dollars before i found out and cancelled everything. All though he has done it to other people and they are very close to catching him it still makes you think....( It is a lot of trouble to go through and change evrything after you install the firewall just incase ) are you any safer now or can a good hacker still get through

Im all about Nortons......... it the best out there overall....... the only antivirus program that is better is Panda..but its a tad more complicated...... stick with Nortons and get Zonealarm..

McAfee....Norton will eat your system alive.....just my experience (of the 2500 PCs I put it on in my first IT job !!!!!) oooooooops.
