TheGooch New member Feb 28, 2007 #7 Ramp up, Ramp down...I'm on T3 and Clen now. Have lost over 8 lbs in 3 weeks (prolly alot of water too) doing cardio, diet, and lifting. Get ready to sweat. I am only taking 2 tabs/ day, and I think thats plenty. BTW, I am using Mexican "Cynomel"...
