Quick Question about effective dose of Var

I'm limited to only 1000 mg of Anavar, so I don't know if taking that would be a waste or not. I figured I could take 30 mg ED, for 4.75 weeks would be my best bet. I haven't ever used AAS before, so would that be too low of a dosage? I don't usually read of anybody using var at such a low dose, so I figure 30 mg a day might not be very effective?
 
Take 50mgs ED for the 20 days and be done with it - you can add it to your main cycle; if you're doing it with a cycle, that's fine, don't even think about running it by itself.
 
Most people will say that it's not enough, but I ran 20mg/ed for 4 weeks with significant improvement in my sports performance. Also gained about 7 lbs which isn't much, but it was 100% lean while my bf went down a bit. Merry Christmas.
 
I know this sounds cliche', but it really depends on your specific goals.

I personally would not recommend less than 50 mg ED, because I have had poor results with 40 mg ED. Never took Anavar by itself though. Good luck bro!
 
I've done 10mg, 20mg, 30mg..etc.

I can tell you 30mg is a good starting dose imo, (if it's quality var)

If that's all you have, I would run 30mg ED

It will be a mild cycle but you can gain some quality muscle if you use Var's strength and recovery abilities to your advantage (eat as much quality food as you can and train each bodypart 2x per week)

How does Var's recovery abilities compare to T-Bol? I've read a journal a while back that said it(T-Bol) didn't really aid much in recovery. I used to do a four day split, but now I started doing 5x5's 3 days a week a few weeks back. When on, should I revert back to a four day or even a six day split?

Concerning recovery, I did not notice a difference in recovery ability between Tbol and Var. They both knocked about 2 days off of my usual recovery time, but nothing like what I've read about other AAS. Not saying that this is how it is, but that's how things went down for me.

I find that recovery from Tbol is very good...I'm on it right now at 50mg ED and I'm doing extreme high volume training, recovering very quickly
