i have a quick question about this i am going to do my first shot of sust next week and was wondering what everyone recomended... i was wondering if i should do my shot every week or every 4 days?

Depends...are you going to inject 250mgs or 500mgs...if your going to do one shot of 250mgs thats fine..if your going to do 500mgs..mon/thurs is good..

At least twice per wk...some do sust EOD.

thanx guys well it looks like my source isnt going to be able to get it for until middle of next week i guess im just going to wait till the following week. ahh the anticipation is killin me haha
