My favorite is boiled eggs...they are portable.I usually eat like 4-5 ... 40 grams of protein,20 grams of fat if you eat all the yolks(I usually don't) and like 200 calories.they keep pretty well out of the fridge for a few hours,and you can fix them up with spices and hot sauce...not too bad.
i go through a ton of cottage cheese 56g/lb, and tuna 32.5g/can. i down the cottage cheese fast cause it makes me gag. i take a spoonful, wash it down with a gulp of water. my wife thinks its hilarious, i dont, lol
