a friend of mine has plane white capsules with white powder in it. he was told they are primo. my question is, is it ok to take powdered primo orally and have you heard of anyone taking it orally?

it is raw powder primo (methenelone enanthate) then NO, you cannot ingest it, it is not orally bioavailable.
it is oral primo that the tabs are made out of, then yes, but it is not nearly as potent as primo injectable and still a waste of time in my opinion.
if it is the raw powder, then learn how to make gear out of it and inject it

Yea, primo acetate is what is used orally. That could be what he has. But I agree, I think it's a waste.
