quick fina question

i used the method where you heat it and let it set 24 hrs,then draw the liquid off and filter it.after i drew almost all the liquid off and filtered it,i then perged the filter and replaced it with a new one.i then took a 3cc syrenge and sucked out all the sludge and perged the filter once again.it doesnt say anything about filtering the sludge in the instructions but my fina looks good.anyone else do this?

I just put mine through a coffee filter, which gets rid of the sludge.

I filter the junk at the bottom of the vial. Never had any problems, always comes out clear.
