Quick Clen and T3 Q

What's the longest you can effectively run clen when you run it with T3?

next,

Do you have better results if you keep running the T3 alone or if you cycle on and off of it every 2 weeks with the clen?

next,

Is 25mcg enough to be effective or will I need to increase it over time and if I do what's the highest dosage?


next,

I heard T3 will burn some muscle unless you run it with other gear, is this true and if so what is the typically fat to muscle ratio loss?

Goal is to drop fat

1. Not sure the longest, but you can do clen up to 8-12 weeks and t-3 up to 6-8 weeks (speaking from experience)

2. t3 doesnt need to be cycled 2 weeks on w weeks off, only clen...run the cycle of t3 straight thru

3. For a starter 25mcgs is a good base and depending on your goals can be enough.

4. yes, t3 is catabolic, if ran alone you will loose muscle..the fat to muscle loss is dependant on the individual. There is not real ratio.

Keep in mind that clen/t3 do work, but its your diet that will get you where you want to be, even just changing your diet and jumping on a ECA stack can be effective...also be aware of the sides and dangers of clen/t3, just cause some dont report bad things from t3 doesnt mean you will experience the same...do alot more research on the compounds and make a sound judgement call.

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off = 1month (or 4 weeks)
2/weeks on / 2 weeks off = 2 months (8 weeks)
2/weeks on/ 2 weeks off = 3 months (12 weeks)
 
This if what mr.x posted on a good stack it helped me out

CLEN / T3 STACK:

CLEN CYCLE:
30ml @ 200mcg/ml of LiquiClen = 6000mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF CYCLE = 640mcg = 1 Bottle will last 9.3 cycles

T3 CYCLE:
30ml @ 50mcg/ml of LiquiT3 = 1500mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)

45 DAY CYCLE = 2525mcg = 2 Bottles needed

Try not to take it to close to you workouts due to the "cramping" effect clen has and also dont take it to late either or you wont sleep.Do not take Clen Past 4pm

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle cramps. It's a must with Clen. And also 1000mg-2000mgs of Potassium .

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and completely ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.
If the taste is too strong for you try mixing it with Lemon juice.

AND drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
 
You can run clen with T3 for a very long time without taking a break. I've done it for months and had great results. You won't be able to stay at 25 mcgs/day with the T3 because your body will keep trying to lower your metabolism and you will have to raise your T3 to stop it from happening. The only reason to come off of clen when you are using T3 is stop your adrenal glands from becoming burned out. If that happens when you come off you will be very tired and sluggish all the time. The reason it happens is because clen is a specific beta 2 agonist, meaning it plugs directly into the beta 2 receptor. So your body will stop producing adrenaline naturally to some degree. This causes a delay before your body begins producing it again.

with this in mind what is a good median between the two, start with 25 mcg run that for 2 weeks bump to 50mcg then run that for 2 more weeks with clen then cycle off down to 25mcg for a week.
 
I'v been on both for 9 weeks now without a problem! had to up my T3 and take KETOTIFEN at night but my body weight has stayed a consistant 242 while my BF% had droped from 12% to 7%

I would say run the T3 for 6 weeks with the clen, come off the clen and start tapering down the T3 until you're off. I wouldn't run the clen for more than 6 weeks straight.

If you want you can stay on the T3 in the meantime while off clen and use ephedrine. Take a couple weeks off the clen and then go back on. That works well.
 
How effective is running alternating cycles of clen and T3? Does T3 work well by itself? I was thinking about alternating because I heard T3 will up-regulate the beta-2 receptors while off the clen. Is this true? Or, is it better just to run them together?

It will upregulate the beta 2's whether you are on clen or not. That's why I stay on clen for 6 weeks at a time. It still works.
