Quick Beginner Question

I'm still pretty new to the entire injecting business, but i remember awhile back reading a post of someone who used an insulin needle and ended up with a pretty messed up bump. i remember the reason being that the insulin needles dont go far enough in. well i did my winstrol today in my arm and i didnt get it very far in prob 1/2 in, maybe a little more, could anything bad happen from that?

Does it feel ok? Did anything leak out when you removed the pin? If not, you should be ok...

The problem is that you are trying to get into the muscle and you have to get through the skin and fat first. Depending on what area you are injecting and how much bf you have, the length could feasibly change. My rule of thumb is try and feel how far it is into the muscle - usually a 1 or 1 1/2" pin is what I use and go in 3/4 - 1".

yeah i think its ok, it kinda felt like it was burning at first but i think it was in my head. i just got back from the gym and it feels just like it does all the other times. nothing leaked out, just a little bleeding, but nothing that seemed out of the ordinary. thanks for taking the time to answer such trite question.
