Personally i think is a waste of money. I've read some reports claiming that T Boosters do nothing for muscle mass support. A long time ago before even thinking about using roids I used Acetabolan II stacked with some other prohormonals. They were expensive, I followed directions as stated in the labels and nothing happened.
I'm sure that you are gonna experience better results if stick to a good clean diet and a good creatine product.

Regarding walmart whey protein I've never tried before, but I don't think you can find a better whey protein for the price than 100% Whey from Optimum NUtrition. can get it online for about $40-50 X 10 lbs
