Well I'm not so impressed this time round. Been shooting 250Sus/200EQ/150Deca every 3 days, so around 500/400/300/week give or take. I gained 7lbs in the first 2 weeks and on week 7 I'm still the same! Been getting around 4000 cals/day and about 250g protien and training 5 days a week (different body part each time leaving 7 days till hitting again). Now on week 5 I dropped the deca and started shooting BD Tri-Trenabol 150ml instead and upped the EQ to 600ml/week. Should I start gaining again soon or what? Sorry, didn't mean to steal the thread or anything, on the Sus question, it's always worked well for me at 250ml/week, but not this time!
