Questions on how much

I'm confused I was talking to my source and I said honestly how much is the rite amount, I told him I don't want to take to much. He told me that it is all trial and error there is no such thing as to much. rite now i'm taking 450mg of test and 350 of Deca 200. Is this enough or am I wasting my time.

if u dont have much experience i would say that is enough.

You should learn the most you can about each substance that way you may better know how to dose yourself. Read around the board, etc... and you will see just thousands of cycles with good doses posted. you don't HAVE to go through the trial and error process, just search the board for cycles and you will find many many food ones for beginners and experts alike...

I started off on Sten it was my first cycle I think I got scamed didn't no until later when I found out it it probably the weakest shit you could get but I still made some size and stregnth gains off of it. I also did ethanate and sus and I ran those for about 4 months I was still a rookie didn't now much about gear but with my protien and diet not that great I still managed to gain about 15 pound of lean muscle.
