I recently posted about some gyno problems [poofy nips/balls developed underneath] I am having post cycle and was recommended this combintation...

Has anyone had experience with this before?
Also, it's time for my clomid but my nolva supply is running low do to the upped dosage with the gyno. I have more nolva on the way and am ordering the femera and dostinex today. Should I wait until I receive everything and take it at once? Or should I start taking the clomid now? Will taking all of this at once have any bad sides?
Please help and I know..I should have been more prepared but hey, we all make mistakes.
