i use it once or twice/day, most days, take a day off here and there. usually use it before workouts and/or cardio, but sometimes just rub it on after hot shower before relaxing on couch...
mac do we get used to YES, thus getting less results or can u use it for long perods of time w/ good results? i notice it doesn't seem to be working as great recently, along w/ the t rex and AIFM, but i've been on all 3 since aug, and my BF rose just alittle during holidays, put on about 8 lbs...thinking about stopping all 3 soon since next cycle to begin mid feb. start up again after that.
