Questions about making fina

I'm from Canada and I have a few questions about making fina.

1. Can I get fina from a store (feed store or something) over the counter??

2. Can I buy the things I need for conversion seperately (in canada)?
or
3. Do I need to buy a conversion kit off the net??

Any help is greatly appreciated!
