Questions about Deca and Sust250

Well I have recently heard a lot of bad things about Deca and progesterone. I am planning on taking Fina, now I hear it cause Gyno the same way. Now I want to take the fina for a few weeks, and I was planning on taking Deca 400 for 10 weeks. No I am not so sure. Of Course I am adding in test and stuff, but this is what I am concerned about.
Also I read an article on GetSwole.com about using sust and how it is better to use sust like ed or eod for 2 or 3 weeks and your test levels will be level for 8 weeks, because of the 4 tests in the sust. but I am not sure. Most people use sust every week, but this idea sounds right.
Any help on these subjects would be appreciated.

yes you are correct on everything you read....taking fina and deca together can give gyno. although many people have done it and not gotten gyno like me. if you do it and feel gyno coming on just stop the fina and the gyno should stop since the fina is so fast acting. dont do it the other way around and stop the deca though. it wont work that way.

sust should be take every 2-3 days because of the fast acting esters in it.
